Posted by LetsLoop on June 8, 2017, 5:29 pmIt's only been a month or so since the release of @Gorillaz's critically-acclaimed 5th album, Humanz (Deluxe), but the virtual superstars are already back with a new track called Sleeping Powder.
Taken from the 40-50 songs that @Damon Albarn wrote in the lead up to releasing his latest album, it sounds like Sleeping Powder may just be the first of many new songs to surface from the Humanz sessions.
Here's what the @Blur frontman had to say about the extra songs:
"I’m just sort of slowly going through all tunes that sort of didn’t work out and finishing them. I can stay in the game for at least another 18 months, I reckon"
If they're all as good as Sleeping Powder, we could be in for a real treat over the next 18 months. Stay tuned!
