This song is from Marc Liénart van Lidth de Jeude, known professionally as Art Sullivan, a Belgian singer. He was successful in many countries, including Belgium, France, Portugal and Germany between 1972 and 1978.
He died from pancreatic cancer on 27 December 2019 #RIP
This song is was released in 1977 on the album "Art Sullivan & Kiki", written bij both Art Sullivan en the dutch singer Kiki van Oostindië. But I prefer the version only in French.
