Posted by LetsLoop on May 26, 2015, 7:15 pmBaio, as in Chris Baio from @Vampire Weekend, has just announced details for his upcoming debut solo album, The Names (out Sept. 18th) and shared this lead single. Apparently the album's named after Don DeLillo's 1982 novel, here's what the man himself had to say: "The Names is a record that has reverberated through my mind for much of the last five years. Its themes began to take shape when I moved from New York to London in 2013. Today I'm delighted to share the first track of a record that I think is pretty tight!". It may not sound anything like Vampire Weekend, but we think he's right... tight!!
